2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the Platform:
2.1 Malicious or Unlawful Use
- Using any information, methodology, or tool described on the Platform to conduct unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data.
- Deploying intelligence techniques or threat analysis methods against targets without proper legal authorization.
- Using the Platform to facilitate, plan, or execute any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
2.2 Misrepresentation
- Submitting false or misleading information in grant applications, briefing requests, or assessment forms.
- Impersonating any person or organization, or falsely claiming affiliation with any entity.
- Misrepresenting the nature, scope, or purpose of your organization when engaging with the Platform.
2.3 Intellectual Property Violations
- Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from Platform content without written authorization.
- Removing or altering any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary markings from Platform materials.
- Using the KRYOS HyperCube name, ArtOfTheHak branding, or associated marks without permission.
2.4 Technical Abuse
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or any associated system without authorization.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform.
- Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Platform in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.
3. Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability in the Platform, we encourage responsible disclosure. Please report any findings through the briefing request form with the subject clearly indicating a security concern. Do not publicly disclose the vulnerability until we have had a reasonable opportunity to address it.
4. Youth Program Safeguards
Given that the KRYOS HyperCube platform supports cybersecurity education programs involving teenagers, the following additional safeguards apply:
- Organizations deploying KRYOS HyperCube services in youth-facing programs are responsible for ensuring appropriate supervision and safeguarding measures are in place.
- All cybersecurity training activities involving minors must be conducted within controlled, authorized environments with proper institutional oversight.
- Organizations must comply with all applicable child protection laws and regulations in their jurisdiction when using the Platform in connection with youth programs.
- The Platform website and its forms are intended for use by adult organizational representatives, not by minors directly.
5. Enforcement
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Platform, rejection of pending grant applications, and referral to appropriate legal authorities where warranted. We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to take any action we deem appropriate to enforce this policy.
6. Modifications
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
